Little wonder Otunba Yemi Lawal has over the years been eminently and audaciously accorded with prestigious chieftaincy titles and plum awards by corporate and top-notch industry decision-makers nay high-ranking community/religious leaders. This is on account of his invaluable contributions to d society at large.

Irrepressible real estate mogul of Seagle Properties’ fame, Otunba Yemi Saheed Lawal and his delectable wife, Yeye Ayotunde, were again regaled with yet additional prestigious titles as the new ‘Sooko’ and ‘Beere’ of Iperu, Akesanland, Ogun state, where many traditional rulers and high chiefs were in attendance.

The accountant, banker-turned-real estate practitioner is indeed a man with many feathers in his already full cap, and this new garland of conferment on him and his wife by HRH, Oba Adeleke Idowu Basibo, the Alaperu of Iperuland is indeed a testimony of his gregariousness and magnanimity, as the philanthropist personified is ever magnanimous in his giving; as now here was he recognized or honoured did he leave without an unquantifiable in either cash or kind, which he and his wife have been doing without batting an eyelid.

Otunba Yemi Lawal, Osi Bobagunwa of Egbaland, Bobamulero of Ikorodu kingdom, Bobasua of Iperu-Akesanland, Baba Oba Onigbedu of Ewekoro, Oganla of Gbagura, Uchudo n Umueke Udi, Enugu, Imole Adinni of Lagos, Bobagunwa of Isaga-Orile, Leragun of Ago-Ika, Gbagura is indeed worthy of note either as a business man or a community leader of immense validity, just as he is never found wanting in the corporate world as a prominent player on all divides.

Interestingly, the new Sooko of Iperu as pledge his support for Gov. Dapo Abiodun on Infrastructural development and open business opportunities for the state. He is planning to construct 50 units of 3-bedroom bungalows in preparation for the Cargo airport coming up in Iperu-Remo.
