This is really amazing! One would never have seen such display before, except in Nollywood flicks. But no, it’s simply Nollywood brought to reality, as the delectable actress, Tonto Dikeh, disguised as a man to attend his son’s Fathers Day celebration in school recently.
The sultry actress was dressed in a male outfit and a cap to match; she also wore a mustache which helped to conceal her original female looks, with a pair of glasses to match her masculine outlook. One could hardly tell she is the one. You would even think it was her younger brother, but for a particular photo, where she laughed, that actually gave her out. Tonto has proven to be a superwoman once again, this time around, playing the role of a father to King her son, and ensuring that he does not feel the vacuum his father left. King must be very grateful for that. But in a swift reaction, her estranged husband, Oladunni Churchill, shared a post on his page which says : “Don’t play a victim to the circumstances you created” Although, the post made no mention of his estranged wife's name, the words that followed showed that Oladunni Churchill had seen Tonto’s look and was directly reacting to it. He said bluntly, ‘’You are lying to yourself because you seek comfort. Well, comfort is overrated. You are lying to yourself because you are scared of the unknown. But you must stop. To continue lying will eat away at your soul, causing you untold amounts of future pain. A lie is something that you make yourself believe in order to make life a little easier. A lie is a paradigm under which you operate to avoid pain. A lie will destroy you, inside and out. A lie is something you want to believe because to consider the opposite would hurt your ego. Sometimes the difference between a lie and the truth can be subtle. Sometimes your brain will try to “logically” trick you into believing a lie. I cannot give you a definitive guide on how to differentiate between the two; I am not you and I do not understand your specific circumstances, motivations, and desires. I can, however, give you some tips to guide you to make decisions that will serve you well. But Tonto simply replied in very apt words: ‘’your reactions are vicious and cruel.’’
