For years now, this beautiful and generous founder and CEO of Tots Toys, Layal Jade Tinubu has been providing and consistent in giving to the children basic needs through a range of educational items all intended to aid children’s development and learning through play.
This mother of two, Layal bagged an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and African Studies from SOAS University of London, recently opened a new outlet of TotsToys, a children’s educational toyshop and learning space at Allen Avenue (Studio 24 Mall), Ikeja, Lagos.
The outfit offers its space for book readings, interactive sessions and activity groups to keep children engaged all with the intention of creating a new generation of book readers.
Vivacious Layal Tinubu started the toy business five years ago with aim to impacted in every child upbringing through educative playful agates, has two branches in Lagos, and more to come in the near future.
She also co-founded Noella Foundation, a non-profit private sector led organization that provides a platform to empower and encourage youths to become change makers in the society by helping them identify their passion, using it to create solutions that empower Nigerian communities and drive greater economic growth.
