Ayobo-Ipaja LASCOTA Declares Support for Tinubu, Hamzat, Adebule, Adebajo, Orelope Ahead of 2027

The Lagos State Council of Tradesmen and Artisans (LASCOTA), Ayobo-Ipaja Chapter, has declared its support for President Bola Tinubu and other All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The Newsmen reports that group led by Mrs Omobolanle Abdulateef, also expressed support for Dr Obafemi Hamzat Dr Idiat Adebule, and other All Progressive Congress APC candidates.

Abdulateef gave the support during the chapter’s gathering, which featured prayers, the recitation of the LASCOTA anthem and recognition of various business groups under the council.

LASCOTA officials and representatives of affiliated groups reaffirmed their support for the APC candidates, with some groups presenting certificates of support.

The event also featured contributions from representatives from various Association, who spoke on strengthening collaboration among artisans and advancing their interests.

The council commended the Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Hon. (Dr) Hon. Agbaje Lukman Abiodun and the Leader of the Council, Hon. Prince Bisi Yusuf, for their support.

The spokesman also announced that LASCOTA’s Artisans Day activities would commence on October 12, 2026.
